When will my order ship?
Order processing takes 1-3 business days. Cookies are baked fresh to order, and indivially heat sealed to keep them fresh for up to 14 days.!
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-4 days, depending on your location! The closer you are to us in South Carolina, the quicker it will arrive. Please note that there may be shipping delays beyond our control.
How do I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?
If you need to change your delivery address, please email us at info@okiedoughcookies.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Our cookies are baked in a nut free kitchen.However, all of our cookies contain milk, wheat, and egg unless stated otherwise.
**Disclaimer: Our bakery operates a nut-free kitchen, and we do not add any nut products to our cookies. The owner of our bakery has a severe, anaphylactic allergy to nuts, and we take every precaution to maintain a safe, nut-free environment. However, some mix-in ingredients, such as M&Ms, Twix, and other candies, are sourced from facilities that may process nuts. While we strive to minimize any risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from trace amounts of nuts. If you have a severe nut allergy, please consider this information when making a purchase.

Do you offer large custom orders for special events/ corporate gifting?
Yes! We love catering birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, etc! Just shoot us an email at info@okiedoughcookies.com to start planning your custom order.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
We handle and package our cookies with love and care! Due to factors such as weather and transportation, cookies may come with some imperfections. Since our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any stolen or damaged packages, or any delays in delivery caused by shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
